Jeff Hinson brings over 30 years of hands-on ministry and leadership experience, serving churches of all sizes—from smaller congregations navigating growth to large, multi-staff churches managing complex systems and outreach.

Throughout his ministry, Jeff has worked closely with pastors, elders, staff, and volunteers to bring clarity to vision, alignment to leadership teams, and sustainable systems to church operations. His leadership experience spans preaching, strategic planning, staff development, budgeting, and community engagement.

Jeff has led organizations with dozens of staff members and hundreds of volunteers, managed seven-figure budgets, and helped oversee the design and launch of a $5 million community outreach center that served thousands of people annually.
